Kevin Norby has been responsible for the design of over 60 projects throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.

Our services cover all aspects of the golf course design or renovation process from site selection and feasibility studies to detailed design, bid preparation, contractor selection and construction observation.

Among our most recent and most notable new projects are Pleasant View Golf Course for the City of Middleton, Wisconsin, The Refuge Golf Club in Oak Grove, Minnesota and The Preserve on Rathbun Lake which won runner-up Best New Public Course from Golf Inc. and Top 10 Best New Public Course by both Golf Digest and LINKS magazine. We believe that one of our strong suits is our ability to bring the owner more value for his investement dollar. The Preserve and The Refuge in particular stand as tribute to that ability. Many of the courses which were rated by these publications had budgets in excess of 10 million dollars. By comparison, at both The Refuge and The Preserve, we were able to create highly-acclaimed award-winning golf facilities for half the budget of some of the other top-rated courses. In the end, that means less debt for the owner and lower green fees for the golfer.

In recent years, much of our work has involved master planning and renovations of existing golf course facilities including courses by Seth Raynor, Paul Coates and Robert Bruce Harris.
