Our services cover all aspects of the golf course design or renovation process from site selection and feasibility studies to detailed design, bid preparation, contractor selection and construction observation.
We have been fortunate during our 21 years in business to have worked with some wonderful clients on some wonderful projects throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean. Among our most recent and most notable new courses are Pleasant View Golf Course for the City of Middleton in Wisconsin, The Refuge Golf Club in Minnesota and The Preserve on Rathbun Lake which was ranked runner-up Best New Public Course from Golf Inc. and Top 10 Best New Public Course by both Golf Digest and LINKS magazine.
We believe that one of our strong suits is our ability to bring the owner more value for his investment dollar. The Preserve and The Refuge in particular stand as tribute to that ability. Many of the courses which were rated by these publications had budgets in excess of 10 million dollars. By comparison, at both The Refuge and The Preserve, we were able to create highly-acclaimed award-winning golf facilities for half the budget of some of the other top-rated courses. In the end, that means less debt for the owner and lower green fees for the golfer.
Although we are currently working on new projects in North Dakota, Wisconsin and the Dominican Republic, today most of our work involves long range master planning and the renovation of existing golf courses or assisting the owner in creating additional amenities or revenue streams such as short game facilities or driving ranges.
Recent renovations include courses originally designed by Seth Raynor, Paul Coates and Robert Bruce Harris.
